Weekly Photo Challenge: Refreshing

This week’s photo challenge brought to you by The Daily Post at WP.com is Refereshing.  One of my friends wanted to have a meet and greet with one of her other girlfriends.  I think she wanted to set me up for some odd reason.  At any rate, the three of us met at a restaurant and, as normal, the waitress asked for our drink orders.  My friend and I ordered beers while the third person, the one I just met, ordered an Iced Tea.  Now, things come in threes all the time so I figured I’d photograph the three drinks.  As this photograph was taken in May of 2010, it still was not that warm in Vancouver but these drinks were definitely of the refreshing sort.

Anyway, all three of us had a great time chatting over whatever it is that people chat about during dinner and the idea was that I was supposed to come away with a new friend or love interest from the meet and greet.  Unfortunately, neither happened.  The person disappeared and never talked to me again soon after that meet and greet.  Oh well.  It was nice to meet that person anyway.

  1. What matters is your tried, plus you had some refreshing beer and some great company for your friend. It’s always a trial and error thing. Someday that beer will find its perfect ice tea.
