Fish and Chips with a Modern Twist

The rehearsal dinner of my cousin’s wedding provided for some very cool photo opportunities because of the different kinds of food served that evening.  For example, this prettied up version of the classic fish and chips dish.

The presentation of said food was amazing that I had to delay my brother from dining in precisely because I wanted to photograph the dish.  It apparently looked as good as it tasted.
