Hanging Lights on a Boat

During my Alaskan Cruise, the weather was not particularly pleasant.  For the vast majority of it, it was cold, cloudy, and rain filled.  As such, it was simply not a wise choice to roam around the top decks at night.

Right before we finished our cruise, however, the clouds cleared up so I took my chances and went up to the top decks in the evening.  I expected to see some lights on the top deck and I did find some hanging lights going down the length of the ship.  So I took photos of them isolated from everything except the sky.

Taken with Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi.
Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM at 28mm.
Shutter Speed: 1/5s.
Aperture: f/3.5.
ISO 100.
Edited with Adobe Photoshop CS4.
